The facility joins together the concepts of aesthetics, modernity and efficiency, and boasts a comfortable wine tasting room, as well as a guest-house retrieved from an old rural building. Besides the Etna Bianco and Etna Rosso DOC, two more special labels have been produced that recall the districts on the northern side of the volcano: Feudo di Mezzo and Guardiola.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>DOC Etna Rosso &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Guardiola 2014<\/strong> is worth being mentioned, although it was only tasted as a vessel sample. Tense and varietal, with hints of red fruit, boxwood and Mediterranean scrub, it boasts fine and elegant tannins, and a very pleasant compact weave.
